Morayfield Sports and Event Centre $7.8 Million Dollar Upgrade
Located Only 3kms away from Morayfield Landing the Morayfield Sports and Event Centre will more than double in size under plans for a multimillion-dollar upgrade.
Moreton Bay Regional Council has revealed a $7.8 million plan to expand the Morayfield Rd centre’s footprint to 7000sq m, with the construction of two new multipurpose indoor courts and an 1100sq m events space, which could be used for conferences and trade shows.
The upgrade would also include retractable seating, with capacity for more than 1000 spectators, as well as new change rooms and amenities, and commercial kitchen space. read more…
