New two-storey music learning centre for Minimbah State School

The Queensland Government has proposed the school with an upgraded space to meet curriculum, extra-curricular needs, and support enrolments.

The Project scope:

The proposed two-storey music learning centre will include:

• Demolition of Block R
• Music room, practice rooms, a studio room and viewing/waiting area.
• For classrooms and associated spaces.
• Outdoor learning area.
• Handball courts
• Uniform shop
• Staff workroom, four offices and kitchenette
• Student and staff amenities
• Undercroft for future classrooms
• Lift
• Relocate the long jump pit
• Covered walkways
• Demolition of Block J and P when music building is complete

Please note: The current project is funded, however the future project scope is planning exercise only and subject to the availability of funding in the future.
